
Air-Fried Sriracha Mayo Salmon
A delightful dish with creamy avocado, tender salmon, and a crunchy ginger-lime bean-sprout slaw. This recipe involves preparing a spicy mayo, marinating the salmon, and whipping up a refreshing avocado spread.
What you need
fl oz lime juice

tbsp avocado oil

cup greek yogurt
tsp salt

tbsp cilantro

tbsp sesame oil

tbsp tamari soy sauce
lb salmon fillet
oz sesame seed
clove garlic

tbsp sriracha hot sauce

cup red bell pepper

cup purple cabbage

cup cashew

tsp ginger

hass avocado

bunch scallion

tbsp cane sugar

cup carrot
Instructions
1: Make the dressing by mixing the soy sauce, lime juice, avocado oil, sesame oil, sugar, ginger, and garlic in a small bowl. Set aside. 2: Make the slaw by combining bean sprouts, cabbage, carrots, bell pepper, cilantro, scallions, and cashews in a large bowl. Add the dressing and toss to combine. Set aside. 3: Make the whipped avocado by processing the avocado, yogurt, cilantro, and lime juice in a food processor until smooth. Set aside. 4: Preheat the air fryer to 400°F. Place salmon on parchment paper, coat with aioli, sprinkle salt and cilantro, and air fry for 7-9 minutes. 5: To serve, spread avocado whip on a plate, top with salmon and slaw, then sprinkle with sesame seeds and scallions.View original recipe
