Almond-Butter Chocolate Oatmeal Cups
These almond-butter and chocolate oatmeal basket cups are dairy-free and vegan, making them a delicious dessert option. They require just 7 ingredients, including gluten-free oats and maple syrup, and can be topped with crushed almonds for added crunch.
What you need

tbsp coconut oil

pinch salt

tbsp maple syrup

tsp cinnamon
Instructions
1: Mix all ingredients together and press into greased or lined muffin tins to form a 'basket' shape. 2: Bake at 350°F for 23-27 minutes. 3: While the baskets are baking, make balls about 1 inch in size with the maple almond butter and place in freezer. 4: Remove from oven and divide chocolate chips evenly between the cups, allowing to melt (place in oven for an additional minute if needed). 5: Remove the almond butter balls from the freezer and place on top of the melted chocolate. 6: Place in fridge until the chocolate sets. 7: Optional: Drizzle with chocolate and add crushed almonds.View original recipe
