Delicious apple cinnamon pancakes made with coconut flour, plant protein, and topped with an apple protein spread. A healthy and nourishing dish perfect for a post-workout refuel.
What you need

tsp cream of tartar

tbsp applesauce
cup unsweetened applesauce

cinnamon

tbsp protein powder
tsp psyllium husk powder

tbsp almond milk
egg

tbsp coconut flour
Instructions
1: Blend all ingredients for the pancakes. 2: Spray frying pan or griddle with avocado oil. 3: Pour batter about 1/3 cup at a time into the pan. 4: Cook until bubbles form, then flip and cook the other side. 5: For the apple spread, mix applesauce with almond milk, protein powder, and cinnamon.View original recipe
