oz pasta

tsp salt

bunch arugula

cup garbanzo beans

tbsp dijon mustard
tsp pepper

tsp dried oregano

tbsp fresh chives
tsp red pepper flake

tbsp honey
cup tomato
cup sun dried tomato
cup parsley

cup olive

oz feta
cup cucumber
Instructions
1: Cook the pasta according to package instructions. 2: In a large bowl, combine chopped tomatoes, cucumbers, olives, sun dried tomatoes, feta cheese, parsley, garbanzo beans, and arugula. 3: In a separate bowl, whisk together dijon mustard, olive oil, honey or sugar, salt, pepper, red pepper flakes, dried oregano, chives, water, and apple cider vinegar. 4: Pour the dressing over the pasta salad and toss to combine. 5: Serve immediately or refrigerate for meal prep.View original recipe
