tbsp tapioca starch

salmon

Instructions
1: Sauté shiitake mushrooms and broccolini in coconut oil over medium high heat for about 5 minutes. Set aside. 2: Pat salmon dry and season with salt and pepper. 3: Heat oil in a cast iron pan over medium heat and sear the salmon on each side for 4 minutes, adding coconut aminos when flipped. 4: For the lo mein sauce, combine tamari soy sauce, tapioca starch, rice vinegar, date syrup, sesame oil, and a dash of pepper in a pan.
