Instructions
1: Boil water, add RightRice fried rice medley, and let it sit for 12 minutes. 2: Marinate salmon in coconut aminos and sesame oil. 3: Sear salmon on medium-high for 2 minutes per side. 4: Chop avocado, pineapple, and red peppers. 5: Prepare the sauce by combining water, coconut aminos, tamari soy sauce, sugar, lime juice, minced ginger, minced garlic, and red pepper flakes in a small saucepan and bringing to a boil. 6: Reduce heat and simmer for 12-15 minutes until slightly reduced. 7: Serve fried rice medley topped with salmon, avocado, pineapple, and red peppers, garnished with scallions and cilantro if desired.View original recipe
