
Avocado and Harissa Hummus
A simple yet killer meal featuring baked avocado with an egg and a smooth harissa hummus, ready in about 15 minutes. The avocado is scooped and baked, while the hummus combines chickpeas, tahini, olive oil, and spices for flavor. Perfectly paired with greens and sourdough.
What you need
tbsp olive oil

tbsp coconut aminos

tsp salt

tbsp lemon juice
cup parsley

tbsp water
avocado
egg
Instructions
1: Scoop a little of half of an avocado out. 2: Break an egg inside the cavity of the avocado. 3: Bake on 425°F for about 13-15 minutes. 4: For the hummus, blend chickpeas, tahini, olive oil, parsley, salt, red pepper flakes, coconut aminos, water, lemon juice, and harissa paste until smooth in a food processor. 5: Add more water to desired thickness.View original recipe
