
Baked Feta Dip
A creamy baked feta dip made with just two ingredients: feta cheese and hot honey, topped with scallions and pistachios. Perfect for parties or as a last-minute appetizer, this dish pairs wonderfully with homemade potato chips.

Instructions
1: Preheat the oven to 400°F. 2: For the chips, place the potatoes into a bowl of ice water for 5 minutes to remove some of the starch, then drain and pat dry. 3: In a large bowl, add oil and salt to the potatoes and toss well. Place them on a greased baking sheet, making sure they do not overlap. Sprinkle with dried dill. Bake for 7-8 minutes, then flip and bake for 6-7 more minutes. 4: Allow the chips to cool for 10 minutes. 5: For the feta dip, place the feta on an oven-safe plate, top with hot honey, then bake for 12-14 minutes until the feta is soft and the honey is bubbling. 6: Top the feta with scallions and pistachios, and serve with chips of your choice.View original recipe
