
Baked Oats with Custard
A delicious baked oats recipe made with quick oats, banana, almond milk, and a creamy custard topped with Greek yogurt and spices. Perfect for a comforting breakfast on a cold day!

cup quick oats
tbsp plain greek yogurt

cup almond milk

banana

vanilla

fl oz maple syrup
Instructions
1: Preheat oven to 350°F. 2: In a bowl, mash 1/2 banana, then add 1/2 cup quick oats, 1/2 cup almond milk, a splash of vanilla, honey/maple syrup to taste, and 1 scoop pea protein. 3: Mix the ingredients until well combined and bake in the oven for 20 minutes. 4: While oats are baking, whisk together 2 tablespoons of plain Greek yogurt, 1 egg, honey/maple syrup, and vanilla to make the custard. 5: Once the oats are finished baking, remove them from the oven and scoop out a cavity in the middle, saving the scoop for later. 6: Add the custard to the cavity and bake for an additional 17-20 minutes.View original recipe
