
Balsamic Seared Ravioli
A quick and delicious spring/summer meal featuring balsamic seared ravioli with smoked salmon, asparagus, and capers. This dish combines the unique flavors of grain-free spinach and ricotta ravioli, smoked salmon, and fresh asparagus, making it a perfect choice for dinner. What you need

cup asparagus

tbsp capers

ravioli

tbsp olive oil
oz smoked salmon
Instructions
1: Heat a little olive oil over medium high heat. 2: Add one package thawed ravioli and sear them on each side for a minute or two. 3: Remove and set on a plate. 4: Add another drizzle of olive oil and 1/2 cup chopped asparagus spears with salt and pepper. 5: Cook for 3-5 minutes then add 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar. 6: Turn off heat, add the ravioli back to pan and carefully toss. 7: Add some flaked smoked salmon, 1 tablespoon capers, and some scallions. 8: Serve!View original recipe
