
Balsamic-Garlic Shroomy Toast
A delicious toast topped with sautéed oyster mushrooms, ricotta, and a fried duck egg. A great combination of flavors with gluten-free sourdough and herbs.
What you need

lb oyster mushrooms

splash balsamic vinegar

bunch fresh thyme

tsp salt

egg
lemon zest
ricotta
bunch dill

pepper

tbsp butter
Instructions
1: Sauté oyster mushrooms in butter or oil on medium high for about 3 minutes. 2: Add salt and pepper, then add minced garlic, and sauté for another 3-4 minutes. 3: Add balsamic vinegar and cook for another 5 minutes until the liquid cooks away and mushrooms are tender and crisp. 4: Add fresh thyme. 5: Assemble the toast with gluten-free sourdough, ricotta, sautéed mushrooms, and fried duck egg.View original recipe
