
BBQ Chicken Tacos
These BBQ Chicken Tacos with Creamy Honey-Chipotle Dip are super easy to make and were devoured quickly. Use dairy-free cheese and yogurt if desired.
What you need

tsp paprika

tsp garlic powder

tsp onion powder

cup sour cream

tbsp honey

cup bbq sauce

tsp salt
cup greek yogurt
lime

tsp chipotle chili powder
cup shredded cheese
fl oz olive oil

tsp cumin

cup corn tortilla
Instructions
1: Preheat the oven to 400°F. 2: Make the spice mixture by adding cumin, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt to a small bowl. Set aside. 3: Place the chicken thighs in a greased baking dish, spread spices over the top, and drizzle with olive oil. Bake for 30-40 minutes until cooked through. Remove from oven. 4: While the chicken is cooking, make the dip by mixing sour cream, yogurt, honey, chipotle chili powder, cumin, salt, and lime juice in a small bowl. 5: Shred the chicken, add BBQ sauce gradually until well coated. 6: Heat tortillas in the microwave wrapped in a damp paper towel for 30 seconds to avoid breaking. 7: On a baking sheet, add 1/4 cup of chicken to each tortilla, sprinkle cheese, fold, and secure with toothpicks. Drizzle with olive oil and bake for 8-10 minutes until crispy. 8: Remove toothpicks, garnish with scallions and lime juice. Serve with the Creamy Honey-Chipotle Dip.View original recipe
