Instructions
1: Season salmon with BBQ rub and sear in coconut oil for 2 minutes per side on medium high. 2: Prepare sweet potato fries by cutting the sweet potato into fries and soaking in ice water for an hour. 3: Season the fries with salt, chipotle chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, and lime zest. 4: Air fry the sweet potatoes until crispy. 5: For the avocado ranch, blend the avocado with salt, garlic powder, onion powder, pepper, collagen, fresh dill, parsley, water, coconut aminos, lime juice, minced and dill seeds, except for lime juice, onion, and dill seed. 6: Remove from blender, mix in lime juice, onion, and dill seed.View original recipe
