Craving something sweet, I created a bowl filled with roasted kabocha, roasted zucchini coins, sweet cinnamon roasted cauliflower, chicken sausage, avocado, and a tahini yogurt sauce. The sauce consists of almond milk yogurt, collagen peptides, coconut aminos, tahini, lemon juice, and Himalayan salt. A perfect blend of flavors for a delightful lunch!
