tbsp lime juice

zucchini

tbsp coconut oil

bunch fresh cilantro

Instructions
1: Sauté red pepper, red onion, zucchini, and cauliflower in coconut oil. 2: Scramble the eggs in the sautéed vegetables. 3: Fill the cassava and coconut tortillas with the egg and vegetable scramble. 4: Top the scramble with fresh tomato, tomatillos, cilantro, and avocado. 5: Squeeze lime juice and sprinkle red pepper flakes on top before serving.View original recipe
