
Brown Butter Scallops Pasta
A delicious and quick meal combining scallops, Brussels sprouts, and bacon over gluten-free pasta. The scallops are seared to perfection, complemented by crispy bacon and tender Brussels sprouts, making it both easy and tasty.
What you need

tsp onion powder
sea scallops

tsp pepper

slice bacon

tsp garlic powder

tsp salt

cooked pasta
Instructions
1: Pat scallops dry and season with salt and pepper. Heat 1 tablespoon of butter over medium high heat, add scallops and sear for 2 minutes, then flip and add one more tablespoon of butter and cook for another 2-3 minutes, until browned. Remove from pan and place on a plate, leaving the butter in the pan. 2: Add 2 slices chopped bacon and cook for about 3-5 mins until crispy and fat begins to render. Remove bacon and set on a plate. Add 1 pound halved and trimmed Brussels (cut side down). Don't move for 3 minutes, then add 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon pepper, 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder and 1/4 teaspoon onion powder. Toss and cook for about 8-10 minutes until tender. Add the bacon back to pan and toss. Remove from heat. 3: Serve the Brussels and scallops over cooked pasta of choice.
