
Buffalo-Sweet Chili Shrimp Tacos

What you need

tsp oregano

tbsp hot sauce
cabbage

tsp garlic powder

tsp salt

tbsp olive oil

tsp cumin
Instructions
1: Heat 1/2 tablespoon olive oil over medium high, add the shrimp plus 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon cumin, 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder and 1/2 teaspoon oregano. 2: Sauté for about 3 minutes, then add 3-4 tablespoon hot sauce and 2-3 tablespoon of sweet chili. 3: Reduce to medium and cook for another 5 minutes. 4: Spread 1 pound mini peppers on a sheet pan and bake on 450 for 10-15 minutes until they are slightly charred and cooked. 5: Remove and slice the peppers. 6: Spread 8 tortillas on a sheet pan and add 2-3 tablespoon shredded dairy-free mozzarella, then place under broiler for 1 minute. 7: Remove, then add the sliced peppers, shrimp, and some greens. 8: Fold over the tortillas, then brush tops with olive oil. 9: Place under broiler for another 1-2 minutes. 10: Remove and garnish with shredded cabbage, red onions, and dairy-free ranch dressing.View original recipe
