tsp pickle juice

lb ground meat

tbsp coconut aminos
tbsp potato starch

tsp paprika

tsp garlic

tbsp oil

Instructions
1: Cut sweet potatoes into fries and toss in potato starch. 2: Coat fries with oil and sprinkle with the pre-mixed spice mixture. 3: Bake fries on a baking sheet at 400°F for 15 minutes, then flip and bake for another 10 minutes. 4: Sauté chopped Vidalia onion and minced mushrooms in olive oil for 3-5 minutes until soft. 5: Add ground meat and spices, mixing evenly until fully cooked. 6: For the sauce, combine ketchup, Greek style yogurt, mayonnaise, brown mustard, lemon juice, garlic powder, hot sauce, chopped dill pickles, and pickle juice in a bowl. 7: Serve the sautéed meat in the bowl along with the baked fries and sauce for dipping.View original recipe
