
Butter Chicken Shrimp Tacos
Delicious and easy tacos made with Patak’s Butter Chicken Simmer Sauce, small shrimp, and topped with creamy avocado crema. This fusion dish combines Indian flavors with traditional tacos for a mouthwatering experience.
What you need

fl oz lime juice

clove garlic

cup fresh cilantro

tsp salt

cup shredded mozzarella
cup greek yogurt
pepper
tbsp olive oil

lb shrimp
avocado
can simmer sauces

Instructions
1: Preheat oven to 425°F. Place 2 large sheet pans in oven while it preheats. 2: Make the shrimp. Heat a sauté pan over medium-high, add the butter & shrimp. Season with salt and pepper, cook for about 1 1/2 minutes on each side. Reduce heat to medium-low then add Patak’s Butter Chicken sauce. Allow shrimp to simmer for about 5-7 minutes. Remove from heat. 3: Make crema. Add avocado, cilantro, lime juice, garlic, Greek yogurt, salt and pepper to food processor. Process until smooth and set aside. 4: Remove sheet pans from oven, add about 1 tablespoon of olive oil to each sheet pan, brushing it to spread it out. Make tacos in batches. Add tortillas, brushing the tortillas with oil on both sides. Add roughly 1/3 cup cheese to tortillas and place in oven for 5 minutes until cheese is melted. 5: Remove from oven, add a couple spoonfuls of saucy shrimp to each tortilla. Gently fold each tortilla over and press down. Bake for another 5 minutes on both sides to get them crisp. 6: Drizzle tacos with remaining sauce, serve with crema and top with cilantro.View original recipe
