
Caesar Salad with Shrimp

pinch black pepper
cucumber

cheese

tsp salt
tsp lemon zest

romaine

tbsp sour cream

dash sriracha
tbsp olive oil

tbsp honey
red onion

tsp coconut aminos

pinch paprika

lb jumbo shrimp
avocado

tbsp water

tsp lemon juice
Instructions
1: Thaw and marinate the shrimp in lemon juice, honey, black pepper, paprika, sriracha, lemon zest, olive oil, and coconut aminos. 2: Heat 1/2 tablespoon oil or ghee in a pan over medium-high heat. 3: Once sizzling, add the shrimp and sear them for 2 minutes on each side. 4: After the second side cooks, add the leftover marinade to the pan and toss the shrimp for an additional 30 seconds. 5: Prepare the salad by mixing romaine, tomatoes, cucumber, avocado, red onion, white corn, and cheese of your choice. 6: For the dressing, whisk together Greek yogurt, olive oil, sour cream, lemon juice, salt, pepper, grated Parmesan, water, garlic granules, and coconut aminos until smooth. 7: Serve the salad topped with shrimp and drizzle the dressing on top.View original recipe
