1: Heat the sietefoods tortillas in a skillet for about one minute per side. 2: Prepare fresh greens, sautéed asparagus, red cabbage, scallions, and cilantro. 3: Pat dry the scallops, season with salt, and place them in the fridge for 30 minutes. 4: Season the scallops with salt, pepper, chipotle chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and cayenne. 5: Heat a cast iron skillet to medium high, melt ghee, butter, or coconut oil, and sear the scallops for two minutes per side. 6: For the chipotle yogurt sauce, mix almond milk yogurt, lime juice, chipotle hot sauce, and coconut aminos. 7: For the salsa, combine chopped avocado, mango, tomato, diced red onion, chopped cilantro, lime juice, minced jalapeño, coconut aminos, salt, and pepper. 8: Stuff the tortillas with all ingredients and enjoy!View original recipe
