What you need
cup broth

tbsp coconut aminos

thyme

oz parmesan cheese
pepper

tsp salt

tbsp olive oil

tsp baking powder
cup ricotta cheese
Instructions
1: Make the dough by mixing together the gluten-free flour, baking powder, and salt. 2: Add the ricotta and olive oil, then form a ball of dough by kneading with your hands. 3: Place the dough ball on a piece of parchment paper, cover with another piece, and roll it into a large circle. 4: Spread the Gouda cheese on top, followed by the onion jam, and then the Parmesan cheese. 5: Fold each side of the crust over and brush the edges with milk or whisked egg.
