
Caramelized Onion Whipped Feta Dip
A high-protein, lightened-up dip made with caramelized onions, Greek yogurt, and feta cheese, topped with a flavorful chili oil. Perfect for chips, pasta, or spreading on bagels.
What you need

cup greek yogurt

tsp soy sauce
tsp salt

tsp garlic powder

cup avocado oil

tsp sugar

tsp onion powder

tbsp chili flakes
Instructions
1: Add onions & broth to a saucepan, bring to a boil & add the salt, sugar & soy sauce. Mix well and cook for 7-10 minutes, stirring frequently until the liquid has reduced about 80 percent. 2: Add the butter and cook until onions are soft and the liquid has cooked away. Remove from heat. 3: In a food processor, combine 1 cup of yogurt, feta cheese, half of the caramelized onions, garlic powder, and onion powder, and process for 30 seconds. Gently fold in the second cup of yogurt. 4: Heat the avocado oil in a pan over medium-high until it begins to smoke. Combine EBTB seasoning, scallions, and chili flakes in a small bowl. Pour the hot oil over to sizzle. 5: Top the dip with the other half of the onions and the chili oil. Enjoy with chips!View original recipe
