What you need

cup baby spinach

cup olive oil

tsp oregano

cup pizza sauce

tbsp lemon juice

Instructions
1: Air fry the cauliflower gnocchi tossed in olive oil, salt, pepper, basil, garlic powder, and oregano at 400°F for 10 minutes, shaking a couple of times. 2: Toss the cooked gnocchi in your favorite pizza sauce and sprinkle with dairy-free Parmesan. 3: Boil the wild shrimp for 3 minutes, then pat dry and toss in the spinach walnut pesto. 4: To make the pesto, process baby spinach, basil, olive oil, raw walnuts, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes until smooth.View original recipe
