
Cauliflower Pancakes
Delicious cauliflower pancakes made with riced cauliflower, protein powder, and topped with a chocolate sauce, bananas, and blackberries. Perfect for a healthy breakfast!
What you need

almond milk

tsp cream of tartar

banana

tsp baking soda

tsp cinnamon

avocado oil

vanilla protein powder

tsp vanilla extract

coconut manna

tbsp coconut flour
Instructions
1: Mix riced cauliflower, protein powder, coconut flour, egg whites, cream of tartar, baking soda, cinnamon, stevia, and vanilla extract together. 2: Heat a nonstick frying pan over medium high and spray with avocado oil. 3: Spoon 1/4 of the batter for each pancake and flip when the first side is bubbly. 4: Cook through. 5: Stack pancakes and top with sliced banana coins, chocolate sauce, fresh blackberries, and coconut manna. 6: For the chocolate sauce, mix chocolate protein powder with almond milk until sauce consistency is reached, and add a pack of stevia.View original recipe
