tbsp nutritional yeast

tsp salt

lemon juice

Instructions
1: In a large pot, boil about 4 cups of water (or broth). 2: Boil the diced Yukon gold potatoes, diced carrots, and chopped onion in the water for about 10-15 minutes until soft. 3: Save 3/4 cup of the cooking water once the veggies are done. 4: Remove veggies from the pot and place them in a blender. 5: Add the remaining ingredients (raw cashews, coconut milk, lemon juice, nutritional yeast, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, fresh dill) and the saved cooking water to the blender. 6: Blend until smooth.View original recipe
