Instructions
1: Layer the bottom of a cast iron skillet with tortilla chips. 2: Pour tomato sauce (or salsa) over the chips, using a brush to cover all the chips. 3: Layer with more chips and more sauce. 4: Add cheese if desired. 5: Bake at 400°F for about 7-10 minutes. 6: Take out and top with greens, avocado, tomato, black beans, fried eggs, Lifeway kefir farmers cheese, and garnish with scallions and cilantro.View original recipe
