
Chili Garlic Honey Soy Chickpeas
A delicious Meatless Monday dish featuring chili garlic honey soy chickpeas paired with ginger sesame noodles, made with sautéed broccolini, red peppers, and gluten-free buckwheat soba noodles in a flavorful sauce.
What you need

tbsp coconut aminos

tsp salt

greens

tsp chili powder
tbsp tamari soy sauce

tsp garlic powder

broccolini

tbsp water

tbsp tomato paste

tsp ginger

tbsp honey

tbsp sesame oil
Instructions
1: Whisk together tahini, sesame oil, coconut aminos, tamari soy sauce, ginger, and add water to achieve desired consistency. 2: In a bowl, mix together coconut aminos, honey, water, tomato paste, sweet chili, garlic powder, chili powder, and salt. 3: Remove skins from chickpeas (optional) and coat with half of the sauce. 4: Spread chickpeas on a baking sheet and bake at 375°F for about 20 minutes until the sauce dries out. 5: Toss the baked chickpeas in the remaining sauce. 6: Sauté broccolini, red peppers, greens, and buckwheat soba noodles in the remaining sauce.View original recipe
