Delicious pizza made with a crust from roasted spaghetti squash, topped with sautéed veggies, chicken, and a dairy-free chipotle yogurt sauce. Perfect for a festive Cinco de Mayo dinner party!

Instructions
1: Scoop out the roasted spaghetti squash and mix it well with egg whites, nutritional yeast, collagen peptides, oregano, salt, and pepper. 2: Heat a cast iron pan with avocado oil on medium high. 3: Spread the crust evenly in the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes until the edges are cooked. 4: Top the crust with your choice of sautéed zucchini, onion, peppers, chicken, cilantro, and tomato. 5: Place under the broiler for about 3-5 minutes until fully cooked. 6: For the chipotle sauce, mix yogurt with chipotle powder, squeeze of lime, and coconut aminos.View original recipe
