
Chipotle-Cumin Shrimp Tacos

What you need

tsp salt

romaine lettuce

tsp cumin

tsp coconut sugar

cup red onion

tbsp coconut aminos

tsp paprika

cup cilantro

tsp chipotle powder

Instructions
1: Thaw and pat dry the shrimp to get a crisp outside when cooked. 2: Season the shrimp with salt, cumin, chipotle powder, and paprika. 3: Heat coconut oil over medium-high heat and sear each side of the shrimp for about 2 minutes. 4: While shrimp is cooking, prepare the salsa by dicing the peach, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and chopping cilantro and jalapeño. 5: In a bowl, toss the ingredients for the salsa with lime juice, coconut aminos, salt, and pepper. 6: Serve the seared shrimp in cassava tortillas topped with the salsa and other toppings.View original recipe
