
Chipotle-Honey-BBQ Salmon Burgers
These epic salmon burgers are a delightful twist on a classic summer favorite, made with flavorful ingredients from the Good & Gather line. They are easy to prepare and a guaranteed hit for your next meal.
What you need
red onion

tortilla chips

fresh pineapple

tbsp fresh cilantro

tsp salt

bunch greens
egg
fl oz olive oil

hamburger bun

tsp chipotle chili peppers in adobo

lb salmon

guacamole

tbsp bbq sauce

tsp seasoning
Instructions
1: Make the burgers. Add the tortilla chips to a food processor/high-speed blender & pulse 4-5 times until they become a 'crumb' texture. 2: Add the chopped salmon to a bowl with crushed chips, cilantro, sour cream, BBQ sauce, Southwest seasoning, chipotle sauce & salt. Mix together, making sure seasoning is evenly mixed in. Add the egg, then mix again. Use clean hands to form the mixture into 4 burger patties. Set onto a plate. 3: Heat a large sauté pan over medium-high heat. Add a drizzle of oil, then add burgers one at a time. Sear them about 4 minutes, then flip. Cover the pan & cook for another 4-5 minutes, until cooked through. Remove patties & set them onto a clean plate. 4: Spread 2-3 tbsp of guacamole onto one side of bun, top with lettuce, pineapple, a burger, a layer of BBQ sauce & red onion.
