Delicious vegan buckwheat and cassava chocolate crepes, nutritious and packed full of protein. These crepes are made with buckwheat flour, cassava flour, and a blend of dairy-free ingredients. They are perfect for a self-care Sunday treat, topped with pink pitaya yogurt and garnished with blackberries and chocolate syrup.
What you need

cup cassava flour

tbsp cocoa powder

tsp avocado oil

tsp tapioca starch

cup almond milk
Instructions
