A high-protein chocolate cheesecake mousse that is easy to make and tastes delicious, combining cottage cheese, chocolate, and cocoa powder.
What you need

tbsp cocoa powder

cup cottage cheese

cup chocolate chips

tbsp coconut oil

fl oz maple syrup
Instructions
1: Add the cottage cheese and vanilla to a high-speed blender. Blend until very smooth. 2: Melt the chocolate. Add the chocolate to a microwave-safe bowl with the coconut oil. Heat in 30-second intervals, mixing after each interval until smooth. 3: Add the cottage cheese and melted chocolate to a mixing bowl, and quickly fold the ingredients together until well mixed. Add the cocoa powder and fold it in, then whisk until smooth. 4: Add the mousse to a few small dishes and refrigerate for 1-2 hours.View original recipe
