
Chocolate Zucchini-Cauliflower Porridge
A healthful chocolate porridge made with zucchini, cauliflower, and almond milk. It's topped with a homemade chocolate sauce, coconut flakes, and roasted kabocha squash for a delicious, protein-rich breakfast!
What you need

zucchini

cup almond milk

tsp coconut oil
Instructions
1: Heat cauliflower and almond milk over medium high heat and cover to allow cauliflower to steam and soften for a few minutes. 2: Add the steamed cauliflower and almond milk to a blender along with the rest of the ingredients and process until smooth. 3: Pour the mixture into a bowl and top with desired toppings. 4: For the chocolate sauce, mix 1 tablespoon of raw cacao powder with 1 teaspoon of melted coconut oil and a packet of stevia.View original recipe
