
Chocolate-Banana Cupcakes
A recipe for 5-ingredient, no-added-sugar, paleo, and nut-free chocolate-banana cupcakes topped with a delicious maple-tahini-sweet potato frosting made with tahini.

cup tahini

tbsp coconut oil

tsp cream of tartar

chocolate chips

tbsp maple syrup

tsp vanilla

tsp baking soda

cup cocoa powder

cup coconut flour
Instructions
1: Preheat oven to 350°F. 2: Blend all ingredients for cupcakes (add chocolate chips after blending). 3: Fill muffin cups or greased muffin tin 80% full with batter. 4: Bake for about 20-25 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. 5: While potato is still warm, place all frosting ingredients in a mini food processor or blender and process until smooth.View original recipe
