Instructions
1: Tear or cut 9 slices of cinnamon raisin bread into small bites and place in a large bowl. 2: Mix the egg mixture by combining the coconut or almond milk, eggs, vanilla, cinnamon, and maple syrup or coconut sugar. 3: Pour the egg mixture over the torn bread and coat well. 4: Divide half the bread mixture between two small loaf pans and top each with half the cinnamon mixture. 5: Layer the rest of the bread on top. 6: Bake at 350°F for 30-35 minutes until cooked through.View original recipe
