What you need

cup red onion

cup orange juice

tbsp coconut aminos

tsp pepper

cup cilantro

avocado

tsp salt

Instructions
1: Bring 3 cups of salted water to a boil. 2: Turn off the heat and add the shrimp, letting them cook for 3 minutes. 3: Remove the shrimp and immediately place them in ice water to cool. 4: Chop the avocado, cilantro, and red onion. 5: Halve the cherry tomatoes. 6: In a bowl, combine the shrimp, avocado, cilantro, cherry tomatoes, and red onion. 7: In a separate bowl, whisk together the orange juice, lime juice, coconut aminos, jalapeños, cumin, salt, and pepper. 8: Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.View original recipe
