
Citrus-Agave Glazed Salmon
A delicious winter dish featuring salmon glazed with a citrus-agave sauce. cup orange juice

Instructions
1: Pat dry the four portions of salmon and season with salt and pepper. 2: Heat two packets of organic virgin coconut oil over medium heat, then sear the salmon skin side up for four minutes without moving it. 3: Flip the salmon and cook for another three minutes, then remove and set on a plate. 4: Add one large clove of minced garlic to the pan and sauté until fragrant, about 30 seconds. 5: Add 1/2 cup of orange juice, juice of one lime, two tablespoons of blue agave syrup, one teaspoon of orange zest, and one teaspoon of sriracha to the pan. 6: Increase heat to medium high to bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce heat to medium and cook for 3-4 minutes until the liquid has slightly thickened. 7: Return the salmon to the pan and spoon the sauce over it, cooking for another 2-3 minutes until the salmon is cooked through.View original recipe
