tsp coconut sugar

tbsp ginger

lb shrimp

tsp coconut oil

tsp lime zest

tsp sesame oil

cup cilantro

tsp red pepper

tsp coconut aminos

tbsp garlic

tsp fish sauce

tsp salt

can light coconut milk
Instructions
1: Heat sesame and coconut oil over medium heat. 2: Add scallions and red pepper and sauté for about 3 minutes until they brown. 3: Add ginger and garlic and sauté for another 2 minutes. 4: Add coconut milk, coconut sugar, lime juice, lime zest, coconut aminos, salt, mango, and fish sauce. 5: Cook for 5 minutes to bring the flavors out. 6: Add shrimp and cilantro and cook for another 5-7 minutes until shrimp are fully cooked.View original recipe
