
Coconut Oven Fried Calamari

tsp coconut aminos

tsp lemon juice

oz squid

pepper

tsp salt
egg

tbsp coconut flour
Instructions
1: Preheat the oven to 425°F. 2: Whisk the egg in a bowl. 3: Dip the squid pieces in the egg, then in the mixture of coconut flour, shredded coconut, wine flour, salt, and pepper. 4: Place the coated squid on tinfoil sprayed with avocado oil, making sure they are spread out. 5: Spray or drizzle more oil over the top of the squid. 6: Bake for 20-25 minutes until crispy, flipping halfway through. 7: For the tartar sauce, mix coconut milk yogurt, minced scallions, mustard, coconut aminos, chopped kraut, lemon juice, and season with salt and pepper.View original recipe
