Instructions
1: Preheat the oven to 350°F. 2: Add the cookies to a food processor or blender and process until they are wet crumbs. 3: Add the crushed cookies to a mixing bowl, then add the baking powder and milk. Whisk until you have a wet batter. 4: Pour the batter into an 8x8 or 2 4x4 brownie pans. 5: Bake for 35-45 minutes, until cooked through. 6: Allow the brownies to cool, then cut them up and drizzle with melted chocolate, if using. 7: To make them festive, break extra cookies in half, then dip the rounded edge in melted white chocolate and sprinkles.
