
Creamy Basil Mushroom Salmon

What you need

lb salmon

cup basil leaves
tsp pepper

cup bone broth

tsp garlic powder

tsp salt

tbsp olive oil

oz lite coconut milk

Instructions
1: Pat the salmon dry and season with salt and pepper. 2: Heat oil over medium in a pan, then add salmon (skin side up) for 4 minutes (don’t move), then flip and cook another 4 minutes. Remove onto a plate. 3: Add the onions and mushrooms to the pan, sauté for 3 minutes (until softened), then add garlic and sauté for another 2 minutes. 4: Add the coconut milk, broth, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and basil leaves. 5: Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to medium-low. 6: Simmer for 5 minutes, then add salmon back and simmer for about 5-8 minutes until sauce is slightly reduced and salmon is fully cooked.View original recipe
