What you need
tsp dill seed

clove garlic
cup broth

tsp pepper

tbsp fresh dill

tsp garlic powder

tsp salt

cup onion
Instructions
1: Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil or ghee over medium high. 2: Sauté 1/2 cup chopped onion and 1 clove chopped garlic over for 3-4 minutes. 3: Add the following to a blender: 3/4 cup canned light coconut milk, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 cup broth, 1/4 teaspoon pepper, 1/4 teaspoon dill seed, 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon onion powder, 1.5 tablespoon potato starch. Blend and add the mixture to the onions and garlic. 4: Add 1 tablespoon fresh dill and 1 cup frozen or fresh chopped broccoli. 5: Reduce heat to medium and cook for about 8-10 minutes until thickened and broccoli is soft. 6: Toss with pasta.View original recipe
