Instructions
1: Season the mahi-mahi with zaatar seasoning. 2: Pan-sear the mahi-mahi in coconut oil over medium-high heat for about 3 minutes per side, depending on thickness. 3: In a pot, combine cauliflower florets, garlic, onion, almond milk, bone or veggie broth, Himalayan salt, and red pepper flakes. 4: Simmer the mixture covered for about 20 minutes until very soft. 5: Blend the mixture until smooth.
