What you need

tsp coconut aminos
tsp oil

tsp dried thyme

tsp salt

tsp dried basil
lb chicken breast
Instructions
1: Thaw and pat dry the chicken breast, then season with salt and pepper. 2: Heat 2 teaspoons of oil in a pan over medium heat and sear the chicken for 3 minutes on each side. Set the chicken on a plate. 3: Add 1 teaspoon of oil to the pan and add 2 cups of sliced mushrooms and 4 cloves of chopped garlic. Sauté for 2 minutes. 4: Add 1 cup of canned coconut milk, 1/4 cup of sun-dried tomatoes, 1 teaspoon of coconut aminos, 1/2 cup of broth, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of dried thyme, and 1 teaspoon of dried basil to the pan. Bring to a boil on high heat. 5: Reduce the heat to medium and return the chicken to the pan.
