
Creamy Honey Dijon Garlic Shrimp

What you need

cup mustard

clove garlic

tbsp dill

tbsp honey
lemon

tbsp capers

tsp salt
tsp pepper
fl oz olive oil

lb shrimp
cup full-fat coconut milk

tbsp balsamic vinegar

cup chicken broth
Instructions
1: Season the shrimp with salt, pepper, and paprika. Heat a skillet over medium high, add olive oil and cook shrimp for 2 minutes per side. 2: Remove shrimp and place in a bowl. Add olive oil to the pan, add garlic and cook for about 30 seconds until fragrant. 3: Add broth, coconut milk, mustard, honey, balsamic, and lemon juice. Whisk to combine and cook for about 10-15 minutes, until reduced by half. 4: Add dill, capers and pepper. Toss in the shrimp and cook for about 30 seconds before removing from heat. 5: Top with hot sauce, chopped fresh dill, and chopped chives.View original recipe
