Instructions
1: Cook the pasta according to package instructions and drain. 2: In a large bowl, combine cooked pasta, chopped tomatoes, celery, cheese, cilantro, capers, garbanzo beans, and arugula. 3: In a separate bowl, whisk together sour cream, Dijon mustard, olive oil, honey or sugar, salt, pepper, dried dill, dried oregano, scallions, and apple cider vinegar. 4: Pour the dressing over the salad and mix until well coated. 5: Serve immediately or refrigerate for meal prep.View original recipe
