What you need

Instructions
1: Pat dry the salmon filets and season generously with salt and pepper. 2: Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat and sear the salmon skin side up for 4 minutes. 3: Flip the salmon and sear for an additional 2.5 minutes without moving it. 4: Remove the salmon from the pan and set it on a plate. 5: In the same pan, add 1 tablespoon of olive oil, chopped onion, and minced garlic. Sauté for 3 minutes. 6: Add light coconut milk, broth, lemon juice, mustard, fresh chopped dill, coconut sugar, capers, salt, and paprika.
