cup parmesan cheese

clove garlic
tbsp olive oil
lemon

yellow onion

tsp salt
pepper

tbsp pistachio

cup dairy free milk

pistachio nuts

box penne pasta
Instructions
1: Heat a sauté pan over medium heat, then add the olive oil. Add the onions and cook them for about 4-5 minutes until translucent. Season with a little salt, then remove the onions from the heat and set aside. 2: Add the pistachios, milk, olive oil, Parmesan, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to a high-speed blender. Blend until very smooth. Set aside. 3: Add the pistachios, parsley, and Parmesan cheese to a small bowl. Mix to combine. 4: Add the pasta to a large bowl with the onions.
