1: Sauté one chopped onion and 6 minced cloves of garlic in 1 tablespoon olive oil until soft, about 3 minutes. 2: Add 1/2 cup pumpkin purée, 1/2 cup water, 1 can crushed tomatoes, 1 chopped onion, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp pepper, 1 tsp coconut aminos, 1 tsp liquid aminos, a dash of nutmeg, 1/4 cup basil, 1/4 tsp sriracha, 1/4 cup parsley, 1 tablespoon balsamic, 2 teaspoons coconut oil or ghee, and 1/2 tsp dried oregano to the pot. 3: Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low and simmer for about 20-30 minutes.View original recipe
